Age 53 Of Shoreview Born in LaCrosse, WI on May 16, 1959 and passed away June 19, 2012. Longtime attorney for Hennepin County Public Defenders. Preceded in death by daughter, Marta; and grandparents, Lester Wagner and Hugh & Elinor Boschert. Survived by wife, Polly Krause; beloved daughters, Hannah and Rose; parents, George & Mary Wagner; grandmother, Marie Wagner; in-laws, Ann and Jerry Krause; siblings, Greg (Janell), Pam (Paul) Kaus, Mark (Vickie); many nieces, nephews, other relatives and friends. In lieu of flowers, memorials preferred to Fairview MS Achievement Center. Memorial service 2 PM Wednesday, June 27.
